I come here at least once a month or more, it’s one of my go to with friends and the chicken tastes so good with all of it being 100% halal in my area. The chicken is really crispy and hot. Service is great with all the employees being polite. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cool and clean.
Halal ??? Yes. We made sure from the manager if they serve halal chicken. Yes this location serves halal chicken. Frisco at eldorado and Dallas tollway next to Castco. First time. Great chicken fingers and original sauce taste soooo good.
Surprisingly friendly staff. The chicken was delicious (cooked thoroughly - unlike other places). The Layne’s sauce is great and they also offer jalapeno ranch, bbq, gravy, etc, so there’s something everyone in the group can enjoy. I didn’t try a shake, but my kids loved them. They serve CocaCola fountain drinks (not that awful Freestyle machine). Oh - and the Texas Toast is delicious.
UPDATE: This expectation of a 20% tip at a fast food joint is ridiculous. Here I am self service ketchup, drink, etc. Did anyone come to our table, take our order, refill drinks, and bring ketchup? No Service No Tip Our first time experience today at Layne’s Chicken was MAGICAL! The chicken was moist and tender with the perfect chicken to breading ratio. The toast was buttery and perfectly cooked, and the French fries were hot and crispy! We were talked into a chocolate milk shake which we split for Google review purposes only. We had to order another shake before we left. They were thick, rich, and creamy deliciousness! The staff was super friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back! Give Layne’s Chicken a try! This could be your Sunday afternoon chicken place!
I'm new to the area and got a "Welcome to the neighborhood" coupon. The special and weekly offers are really good. The taste and juiciness of these wings are really different from Popeye's and Cane's. The sauces are also unique, my most favorite is the Honey Mustard. The bread and fries within the meals are also very tasty.Will definitely continue to be a repeat customer. Wanted to add that over the last few years, I've had Layne chicken for so many times. Quality and taste are still on point. Prices have risen, but their offers are still there, making it a bargain compared to places like Raising Cane's or Slims chicken. Recently, i had their spicy chicken fingers club sandwich with Layne sauce. It's so amazing, the taste and tenderness, and honestly, it mostly comes from the beef brisket bacon. This will be my go-to order from next time on. Ohhh forgot, what a nice place to have added to the list of Halal food places near this area. Thanks to the owners, managers, and staff.

I went inside to try their most favorite 5 chicken finger and fries but switched to a wrap . The chicken wrap combo was for 10 something. The price was great with a lot of fries. But I wished the wrap could have been abit bigger.
We come here often and I just have to say we used to always feel rushed when ordering through drive thru as the girl usually same girl as we recognized voice would say “anything else” after we ordered. The last couple visits we have had has been the complete opposite! The staff is friendly and not rushing at all when ordering through drive thru. Tonight the girl was so sweet!
